Ingeteam

Offshore solution

3 MW Power

OPS solution to supply onboard power with maximum operational flexibility.

The project developed for Ingeteam involves the integration of technical containers equipped with an OPS (Onshore Power Supply) system, designed to supply electrical power to a vessel through a mobile and industrialized solution. Manufactured in a 30-foot Spinning format and supplied in Brazil for onshore use, the system adapts traditional port technology to a more flexible and strategic application.

The containerized solution brings together electrical power equipment, conversion systems, protections, HVAC, and control in a compact unit ready to operate in demanding environments. Its design allows vessels to be powered without the need for fixed dock infrastructure, reducing emissions, auxiliary fuel consumption, and connection times. This modular approach accelerates deployments, simplifies international logistics, and provides an efficient alternative for maritime operations where mobility, speed, and energy reliability are key factors.

Clean Onboard Energy

The OPS system allows electricity to be supplied to the vessel while it is docked or in auxiliary operation, avoiding the continuous use of conventional diesel generators. This solution improves energy efficiency, reduces atmospheric emissions, and decreases operational noise, providing a more sustainable model for modern maritime applications.

Mobile Technical Container

The integration into a 30-foot container concentrates all critical equipment into a transportable and robust unit. Electrical conversion, protections, ventilation, and control are assembled at the factory, reducing installation times and facilitating international shipping to complex industrial or port destinations like Brazil.

Reliability in Demanding Environments

The project is designed to operate in severe conditions typical of the naval and industrial sectors. The electrical architecture prioritizes safety, service continuity, and simple maintenance, ensuring a stable supply even in scenarios where energy availability is essential for daily maritime operations.
