Power and connectivity to energize Aragon's largest university residence.
BRAVO Students Zaragoza represents a new generation of student housing: 10,881 m², 670 beds distributed across two buildings, and numerous study, sports, and communal areas. GEDESEL has participated in this major project by executing the electrical, telecommunications, and photovoltaic installations necessary to meet high occupancy demands and the simultaneous operation of multiple services.
Behind the rooms, gym, swimming pool, and common areas operates a technical infrastructure designed to guarantee safety, efficiency, and continuity.
Electrical panels and protections coexist with fiber optics, structured cabling, racks, data networks, WiFi, access control, and Common Telecommunications Infrastructure. This combination of energy and connectivity meets the needs of hundreds of users and demonstrates how installations that are barely visible are essential for a building of this scale to function every day.
Engineering
You Don't See
Miles of wiring, protection systems, and technical equipment form an infrastructure practically invisible to the user, yet essential for the building. This significant engineering, installation, and coordination work allows energy, communications, and services to coexist safely within the same complex.
Integrated Solar Generation
The photovoltaic installation integrates renewable energy generation into the energy operation of BRAVO Students Zaragoza, complementing the complex’s general electrical infrastructure. Integrating solar energy into a residential building of this scale contributes to improving its efficiency, harnessing renewable resources, and moving towards a more sustainable model for large-scale installations, prepared for new energy demands.
