Power to accelerate processes
in Saica's automated warehouse

Advanced electrical system to drive automation, logistical efficiency, and power continuity in Saica’s automated warehouse.
Saica’s new automated warehouse represents a commitment to industrial digitalization and the optimization of internal flows within the paper sector. Spanning an area of 26,000 m², the facility requires an electrical infrastructure prepared to operate continuously, power automated technology, and guarantee maximum reliability in high-rotation logistical processes.

With an installed capacity of 2 MW, the project integrates electrical distribution networks, power distribution boards, control and power supply systems for robotic equipment, automatic conveyors, and smart storage solutions. The power infrastructure has been designed to provide operational safety, energy efficiency, and scalability for future growth. All of this transforms the installation into a high-performance logistics hub, where energy and automation work in sync to improve productivity, traceability, and industrial competitiveness.

Energy geared toward
full automation

The operation of an automated warehouse depends on a stable and precise electrical supply. The installation powers stacker cranes, conveyors, sensors, and robotic systems that work in coordination.
A reliable energy infrastructure is essential for maintaining high production rates and ensuring operational continuity throughout the industrial workday.

High-precision logistics:
On-time deliveries

The electrical project supports a logistics model
where speed, traceability, and efficiency are priorities.
Each power line and control system is integrated to facilitate safe automated movements, intelligent load management, and optimization of internal times.
Electricity thus becomes a strategic driver for advanced storage.

Industrial
Energy Capacity

The 2 MW of installed capacity makes it possible to meet the simultaneous demand of automated machinery, technical lighting, and auxiliary services. This power capacity ensures stability during peak demand, operational headroom for future expansions, and consistent performance in a facility critical to the paper industry.
