24,000 m2

High-capacity electrical infrastructure for the Aldelis food plant in
Zaragoza.

The development of Aldelis’ new industrial facilities in Zaragoza required a robust, efficient electrical system designed for high industrial energy consumption. Across a 24,000-square-meter area dedicated to the food sector, a comprehensive electrical infrastructure was deployed to ensure operational continuity, energy security, and productive growth capacity.

The project included the execution of general electrical installations, transformer substations, electrical panels, technical conduits and cable trays, and industrial lighting, as well as the implementation of a switching, protection, and metering center and 3 transformer substations with 15KV/400V voltage levels for internal distribution. This energy architecture optimizes electrical distribution in intensive industrial processes, improves energy efficiency, and ensures supply stability in a key facility for the food industry.

Food and industry

The 24,000 m² facility integrates a comprehensive electrical installation system designed for high-demand industrial environments. The project includes transformer substations, electrical distribution boards, technical conduit systems, and industrial lighting, ensuring operational safety, energy efficiency, and power supply reliability for production processes in the food sector.

Energy That Powers

The electrical infrastructures developed enable powering production lines, cooling systems, industrial automation, and auxiliary equipment for the modern food industry. The project’s energy planning ensures availability, redundancy, and scalability—key factors for maintaining production continuity and energy efficiency in large industrial facilities.

15kV/400V Transformer Station

The energy core of the facility is based on a 15kV/400V transformer substation that adapts medium-voltage power to the plant’s operational needs. This infrastructure ensures stable electrical distribution, facilitates industrial load management, and improves supply quality in facilities with high energy consumption.
